We were very impressed with all aspects of our five day holiday at the Brigstock. Martin and Malissa are maintaining the excellent standards of hospitality and have added their own delightful touches to the rooms and service provided. Stayed for the weekend. When we arrived Melissa was waiting to greet us. Stayed in Room 8. It was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soft white fluffy towels. Amazing. Breakfast was delicious all fresh produce. Will definitely be back again

Just back from a two night break at Brigstock House. On site parking was a bonus. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. The house was lovely and warm and our room was so cosy including the ensuite bathroom. The shower in room 4 was amazing! The best we've experienced in many years of staying in b & b. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The dining room was tastefully decorated in keeping with the period of the house. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and there was plenty of cereals and fresh fruits to choose from. A wonderful experience.

Had a lovely stay the new owners made us very welcome. Breakfast was very good and the room clean and comfortable. Hopefully be back again soon

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Brigstock House, we have stayed here a few times and would highly recommend it. Lovely clean rooms,comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast and great hosts.

You can’t imagine the excitement and surprisewhen we came to the Brigstovk that we had visited a hotel that Melissa and Martin had run before . We knew in an insta t that everything would be perfect, cleaner room, comfy beds , everything attention to detail even to the welcome cake and small wine in arrival. Breakfast was fabulous . We had ran a parkrun in the am and they accommodated for later breakfast, room due to be cleaned at 10 but we nodded off so left aloneto recuperate . We are already looking at theatre shows for a cruise to stay again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this luxury guest house !

Just had a fabulous long weekend here. The new owners Melissa and Martin are wonderful friendly hosts. Our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice. We were delighted to find several added extra touches, particularly the small communal fridge in the hall with complementary fresh milk and snacks. Thanks to Melissa and Martin for a wonderful stay, looking forward to many more.

We love staying at Brigstock House. Melissa met us at the door, she and Martin have recently purchased this B and B. We weremade very welcome. The rooms are comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Very convenient for the town although in a quiet area

Went here after a recommendation by repeat clients. However although the ownership has changed since we were given that recommendation the new owners are obviously keeping to the same good standards.Welcoming , warm and importantly in llandudno,parking!!We had a nice room with a seperate sitting area which was lovely as the weather was dire so we could return, relax, watch tv, read and have a cuppa.We were a little disappointed that the robes, slippers and prospect wasn't provided as advertised but don't let that put you off. The bathroom had hand wash and shampoo but oddly no shower gel so pop some in. Excellent breakfast. Would go again without a doubt.

Hi Barbara, glad that you enjoyed your stay here at The Brigstock House.As new owners we are going to be providing robes and slippers for the suites next season 2025 which is why we have included it in our new leaflets for the Guest House.We will also be adding Shower gel and Conditioner along with Shower Caps and Hand soaps, plus a few other luxuries. A two night stay at Brigstock House. On arrival our new host Melisa greeted us at the door. She explained the breakfast set up and gave us our room keys.The room we had was clean and tidy with tea and coffee supplies. We choose our breakfast for the next morning from a good choice of hot and cold food. The breakfasts we had during our stay were first class.We have stayed at Brigstock House before and have always been pleased with our stay. This time was no different.I would recommend a stay at Brigstock House to anybody without any fear of them being disappointed.

We regularly stay at Brigstock house, and this weekend was the first time under new ownership. What a pleasant surprise. Despite the short time they have been there, they have ensured that the high standards have been maintained.We can't wait for our next visit in the spring.

We were met by the smiling and friendly Melissa, who showed us to our room. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a nice view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Our bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower and, again, was spotlessly clean.There were good choices for breakfast, which was freshly cooked and very tasty, the coffee was also very good.Brigstock House is centrally located and in a very quiet area, and has the added bonus of private on-site parking.We would definitely recommend and stay again.

This delightful B&B is under new ownership but did not disappoint. The hosts were very attentive, breakfast is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal for the town and excellent restaurants. Won’t hesitate to stay again.

This is possibly the cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in, very comfortable room with everything you need. With a great host Simon and a lovely breakfast you couldn't ask for more.

Brigstock house is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Simon the host is attentive and very welcoming. The rooms are immaculately clean with all the facilities that you’d expect. The rooms are very spacious with good size bathrooms. The Breakfast menu offers something for everyone and is well presented. The cooked breakfast is made with quality ingredients which are always cooked to a high standard. It’s not the first time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be booking again. I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Llandudno. Brigstock house is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Our 2 couples around 80 ish, really enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay, 2 of us had stayed with Simon before so we aware of theclean, good food and how every thing was just right for us. Our friends had the same opinion and we all will return in the near future. We have definitely booked again for 2025 at this lovely accommodation x Pristinebed and breakfast accommodationquiet location a few minutes from Llanduno town centre and promenade which is ideal x Simon is a friendly and understanding owner catering to individual needs for example an outstanding vegan breakfast for me and same for hubby ( not vegan ) x The staff are helpful and friendly too !! When we find such a little very place to stay we return and that’s certainly be what we will be doing next year dates booked ! So highly recommended

Excellent room, breakfast, host and position in Llandudno.Our room had the added bonus of a suite where we could sit comfortably on a settee watching tv with a drink.The breakfast was first class, just perfect for us.Simon was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We have just returned from our second stay this year and it was just as good as the first.The rooms are clean and cozy and breakfast was gorgeous.We will be back.

This is our second visit this year and it did not dissapoint, everything at Brigstock house is excellent, from the moment you are welcomed by Simon and shown to a lovely room, (ours overlooked the garden) to his excellent breakfast. look forward to staying again.

Friendly staff and host. Rooms were very well presnted. The house is in a good location, quiet but you are still only 5-10 minutes walk to get to the seafront, shops and restruants.I picked up from the other guests that they seem to visit regularly, and we may do as well.

Lovely stay in a beautiful room (no 1). Room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.Bed was huge and really comfortable.Perfectly situated 5 minutes from both beaches in a quiet area.Lots of good places to eat nearby.The breakfast was one of the best we have ever eaten, lots of choice and piping hot.Thank you Simon for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Just got back home from staying here and had really enjoyable few days. Bed so comfortable and room was great, light and airy plus a the shower room was ideal, can’t fault this b&b. Simon the host is so obliging, I want to watch a certain programme on the TV and couldn’t get the channel , but Simon bless him got it fixed for me and had a joke about it as it was a Christmas film and I was watching in mid September. Can’t wait to return.

What a little gem, friendly welcome, two great rooms with all the facilities you would expect and more besides. Spotlessly cleans and extremely comfortable after a good night’s sleep, a great breakfast.Located within easy walking distance of the town centre and the promenade, which is a huge plus as parking in the Centre is a nightmare.Thank you for a enjoyable weekend.

We've had a week long summer break at Brigstock House for over a decade now.The B&B is maintained to a very high standard and again our stay has been first class.The welcome is always sincere and as ever the room is both immaculate and comfortable.It is complimented by an excellent breakfast, so we always look forward to our next visit.

Simon runs an exceptionally clean & well maintained Guest House. Breakfast on both mornings was delicious using local produce.The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the seafront at Llandudno. The beds were very comfortable and the location ofBrigstock House is in a very quiet and peaceful area just off the main town centre. We will certainly recommend Brigstock House and would have no hesitation in staying again when we next visit Llandudno.

I am delighted to leave this review. My wife and have have visited Brigstock House for over 25 years. When the current proprietor took aver c10 years ago things have chanced very much for the better. Rooms totally renovated and well decorated. Good choice of decor. Beds renewed and really comfy. Furniture all updated and of good quality and purposeful. What can we say about breakfact - perfect a really impressive choice of starters and main course and served piping hot, the way we like it. Simon is always on hand to welcome visitors into breakfast - we have set times and prebooked from a menue. This means no waiting around while the bacon is being cooked in turn. Dt Talbot MBE

We have visited Llandudno many times.es but our usual place to stay was fully booked. Tried Brigstock House for a change. What a pleasant surprise. We had a room with a separate sitting room which was so much better than sitting on your bed. The room was spotless and furnished modern and nicely. The breakfast was amazing, very hot and one of the nicest Full English i have had for a long time. The accommodation was equal distance between the 2 beaches and was easy walking distance anywhere. Parking was available at the property but also on the street. Definitely my favourite accommodation now in Llandudno.

Brigstock House is situated in a quiet side road about 5 minutes from the station and less than 10 minutes from the seafront and shops. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My room (5) was large and had a sitting area with a large TV as well as a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding and big squishy pillows.Breakfast was perfect - good quality ingredients well prepared and presented. Simon is a lovely host - nothing too much trouble, he really wants guests to have a good stay which makes this place special.

Could not fault the location, venue, cleanliness and service. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely book again!

Where do I start, Simon and his staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room (no10) had a luxurious sitting room with tea and coffee facilities with little biscuits and chocolates large TV, the bed was comfortable and bedding was very good quality and there was a small TV in the bedroom. Breakfast was fantastic good quality produce and always hot. Location was good and very quiet at night so slept very well good value for money would definitely recommend to anyone

We were travelling as two couples (old friends) and had booked Brigstock House directly from their website. We arrived early Friday afternoon and received a very warm welcome from the proprietor Simon who checked us in and showed us to our rooms.The rooms were very nicely presented spotlessly clean and very comfortable, they had everything we needed for a great stay.Simon explained everything that we needed to know and said that if we needed anything we should just ask.In the morning we had a very nice breakfast with everything you would expect from fresh fruit/ cereal and of course all the cooked options from an omelette to a very substantial full English.All in all a very pleasant stay and I shall certainly stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for good quality accommodation in Llandudno.

This was a 5th or 6th stay at Brigstock and each time we have never been disappointed.Our host, Simon goes out of his way to ensure we have everything we need, that our room is comfortable (which it was and having a newly decorated room and an extremely comfortable bed added to the experience).The cereal bar always had plenty to choose from and Our breakfasts were always freshly cooked and delivered to our table piping hot, it was hard not to have a full English every day.The property overall is always maintained to the highest specification and a garden, albeit small has always been pleasant to sit in.Well done Simon and hopefully we will be seeing you again in the future.Thank you for everything.

Our stay here was very good. The property was very well maintained from outside and inside. Simon was really welcoming and Karen was lovely. The host Simon made my wife and I feel very welcome and during our stay all staff very attentive.Our room was very clean and comfortable with excellent ensuite. The breakfast menu was varied and plentiful. Overall would recommend without hesitation.

I booked this as a surprise for my Husbands birthday.One arrival we were met by the host Simon who was very welcoming and friendly.The room was amazing with our own little sitting room and a very very comfortable king size bed.Breakfast was of the highest quality with a great choice of fruit, cereal and yogurts, the cooked breakfast was delivered nice and hot with toast and there was a good choice of hot food including smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.I cannot praise this establishment highly enough and when coming back to Llandudno I would not stay anywhere else.

I stayed a Brigstock House in the 60’s & 70’s and always wanted to come back.Simon was an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly. He showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. The room was spacious, spotless and had a lovely little side room with a sofa to watch TV also a TV to watch if lying in bed. For breakfast there were a good choice of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts & fresh fruit all followed by a piping hot full breakfast or a choice of something a bit lighter, I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with toast. My husband had the full, both were delicious. Must mention the lovely Karen who served our breakfasts.

Beautiful home from home. As a chap of a certain age my daughter booked the ground floor room (1) for me. I have been very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and a garden view. Everyone so welcoming and kind. Great choices for breakfast. I couldn’t ask for anything more! (Except another two weeks stay!)Big thank you for your hospitality. I hope to be back next year

First impression to saying our goodbyes Brigstock is a wonderful place to stay. The property is tastefully decorated throughout with lots of period features and all the comforts of home…but what is very special is the welcome and kindness shown by everyone here.I have to mention breakfast! Lovely buffet with fresh fruits etc and a great choice of freshly cooked hot food - all served with efficiency and smilesIf I could give higher than five stars I would. Just back from a week’s stay and everything was perfect. The Brigstock House is situated on a quiet street so no noise from outside at night andinside was peaceful as well , very relaxing stay.The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.Simon is a fantastic host and very considerate, his breakfasts are well cooked and very tasty ! there was also a good selection of cereals , fruit , yogurt.Thank you Simon and staff for everything.

Myself and my husband stayed at Brigstock House as part of a birthday celebration, we booked for 2 nights (wish we'd have stayed longer).Simon the proprietor is a true gent, he made us feel very welcome he was informative and friendly, our room was on the ground floor (as we had requested), the room was beautiful, very well thought out with everything you could possibly need, and was spotlessly clean.The bed was really comfortable, with a decent sized walk in shower and toiletries supplied, along with a lovely tea tray including biscuits, hot chocolate, decaf and regular coffee.The situation for the guest house if perfect, just a couple of streets away from the front, less than 5 minutes stroll into the town.By this time we were already pleased we had chosen this place over others that were available, having read all the glowing reviews, but when it came to breakfast that topped it off to perfection, the breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, along with a pre-ordered hot breakfast option that was delicious, there were fruit juices, a very varied fresh fruit selection, yoghurts, along with choices of preserves for the toast, topped off with tea and coffee.We intend to visit Llandudno again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Brigstock House next time, definitely for longer this time though.

Simon is exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about North Wales.This time we stayed in room 8 and previously room 2 both of which have extended lounges and second TV. Our room was spotlessly clean and well serviced. Breakfast is always top class with many choices, Christine particularly likes the ever changing fruit bowl.We will return. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit here and we enjoyed it as much as the first one.Simon was the perfect host welcoming us in like friends to this very well run hotel, where the rooms are clean and comfortable.The hotel is in an ideal position, being close to the shops,restaurants and local bus services. This was our 3rd time staying here, host Simon is really nice and friendly, he makes time to chat when you see him. His guest house is a credit to him, it's very clean, rooms are very inviting,immaculate and has lovely bathrooms, his breakfasts are the best in Llandudno with good quality ingredients, I can't recommend Brigstock enough, it's in a nice quiet street and just a short walk and your on the main street, what more could you ask for. I suggest you try for yourself, I'm 100% sure you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back.

Great freshly cooked piping hot breakfast, everywhere spotlessly clean, good bedding and very comfortable bed. Just a shower in our room but it was a good size and very powerful, loads of very hot water. The Brigstock is really well situated for bars, restaurants and only 5 mins from the beach. Not much of a view but that's the only negative.

Overall cleanliness, decor, and food were excellent, we were made to feel very welcome.

Had a lovely two night stay in late April.Simon and his staff are so welcoming from the moment you arrive.Our room (No.3) was lovely, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and with a super en-suite bathroom with shower.Breakfast was buffet style to start and then a cooked selection of which we had the full cooked breakfast which was plentiful and very good, my partner said it’s the best breakfast he’s had at any B & B he’s been to and I’d have to agree!We would definitely recommend Brigstock House and hope to return soon.

What a lovely place to stay ample off road parking for 5 cars, host Simon is very friendly and welcoming, we stayed in room 10 which was very clean and had plenty of room to move around the shower was perfect, breakfast was 10 out 10 quality products and plenty of choice, this is by far one of the best guest houses we have stayed in

The room was excellent and the breakfast had a lot of choice and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We spent the weekend after Easter in Brigstock House, on arrival we were greeted by Simon the owner. The rooms were spotlessly clean & warm & had all the amenities you needed (kettle, tea, coffee, toiletries & ample towels).The cooked breakfast used local produce & had a vegetarian option, this was plentiful and there was also cereal, toast with a selection of jams, fruit and yoghurt - all really tasty & no complaints! The lady who was serving in the dining room was lovely & helpful nothing was too much trouble for her. The onsite car pack isn’t very big, so it is first come first served so we parked on the road opposite & could see the car from the room window. It’s in a quiet area so wasn’t a problem. There’s a nice garden area which will be lovely to sit in when the weather is nice. The location is only a short walk on the flat, from the shops, restaurants, pubs & promenade. We will be returning as the £ was reasonable as well. Thank you for an enjoyable last minute break

Absolutely wonderful stay at Brigstock House, great location on a quiet road and only 10 mins walk into town.We stayed in room 10 at the top of the house which was great, spotlessly clean, lovely layout with a separate seating area with tea/coffee facilities and TV so you can sit and relax without having to use the bed. Large en-suite bathroom with great shower.We were greeted by Simon who was lovely and friendly as were all the staff and the breakfast was first class. Couldn’t have stayed anywhere better would definitely return.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival from Simon.Everything from there was just fantastic.We stayed in room 2 and it was lovely.The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings and furniture were perfect for the room.The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious.There was also a good selection of breakfast starters.We would definitely stay here again, Simon deserves all the good reviews he has.

We could not have wished for a better stay (March 2024). Very warm welcome from Simon (Manager) on arrival and only too happy to answer questions and provide advice. We decided to take a short break in late October early November, as my wife had a medical issue, and neede a few days away. We found Brigstock House to be very well maintained, and well run. Simon was very helpful with my wife’s diet changes, and was very helpful with recommendations for short trips and places to visit. We thank him and his staff for a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this guest house every time.

Brigstock House is a lovely B&B. Spacious roomswith good facilities. Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. The rooms are very clean and serviced daily, everything is topped up. It offers good sized bathroom’s with really good showers and toiletries. We had a warm welcome on arrival and a comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional with good service and it came nice and hot. Overall it’s been one of the nicest stay’s we’ve had in a B&B. We would highly recommend Brigstock House.

Simon and the team always provide a very warm and inviting welcome. The excellent rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished throughout all of which makes for a relaxing stay.There are a wide range of options for breakfast which are all to a high standard. The cooked breakfast is super; prepared to perfection every time.Overall, our first choice luxury guest house.

Why do we return to this first class B&B time and time again? Cannot recommend highly enough.Spotlessly clean, rooms extremely comfortable, breakfast one of the best you’ll ever eat, a most welcoming host, situated on a quiet road with amplecar parking minutes walk from the shops and the sea front. What more could you ask. Give it a try and you’ll be like us, returning time after time. 10/10 for us.

Brigstock House equates to a five star hotel and, in some ways, is better.Spotlessly clean and our room had everything we needed; a comfortable bed; large bathroom and power shower; plenty of room around the wash bowl to put our toiletries (no balancing on a small ledge); and large bath towels.Breakfast was wonderfully cooked and, as previous guests have noted, kept you going all day.Simon, our host, is very kind and helpful and was particularly so when I had anincident with my car and had to call my insurers, and he offered support that I needed.Brigstock House is within walking distance of the main shopping area, the pier and the Great Orme.I would recommend Brigstock House without hesitation.

My Wife, adult Son & myself stayed at Brigstock House for 1 week and booked 2 rooms. The stay there was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious and lovely. The breakfasts were most enjoyable and Simon, the owner was very helpful at all times. We couldn't fault anything regarding our stay and would certainly return there again.

Once again the Brigstock was a perfect base for exploring North wales.A Brigstock breakfast sets you up for the day and even with a lot of walking we didn't eat ANYTHING again until nearly 12 hours later .Add to that a clean room that was serviced daily,a comfy bed and a hot shower and you couldn't ask for anymore

From the moment we spoke to Simon on the phone with the booking, it felt right. In an ideal position in town, very quiet, near the railway station and an excellent local pub and restaurant. Where do I start….I have not been to Llandudno since I was a child and so now that I am married, I wanted to show my Husband how beautiful it was.We have stayed in Many Hotels/B&B’s across the UK but we had not found anywhere that has met the same cleanly standards as home, until we stayed at Brigstock! This B&B is not just a clean hotel, it is IMMACULATE! From the minute we stepped inside. I could have wore a pair of white gloves and I would not have found a spec of dust or dirt. This is how B&B’s/Hotels should be.Our bed was so comfortable, although to small to sleep next to my 6’5 Husband with the build of a door frame. However, our room was No: 10 (loft). We had a seating area with TV and Tea/Coffee facilities, perfect for me as I do not drink alcohol. The bathroom had a floor to ceiling shower, with Good water pressure & views from our skylight. The added touches did not go unrecognised either. From Wine glasses, Bottle opener, tea pot & even sanitary disposable bags. Was just 10/10.Now on to the exciting part… I am a Huge foody! Having my own food/restaurant blogging website. I was excited for Breakfast each morning. The Salmon was Beautiful & fresh and my scrambled egg were just right! So much so, I felt like I was invited to the party that was happening inside my mouth 😉 my own personal preference, If I was in a fancy restaurant I would have liked some chives on top but my Breakfast was 10/10 👌🏻 of course my Husband had a Full English & agreed the standard of the food & room was of the same standard I set at our home, the perks of him marrying a traveller woman.Shops, Restaurants & Pubs..Although we drove to most places on our first day, we quickly learned everything was pretty much on are door step. There are so many places to eat & enjoy a drink and the beach was just how I remembered it. Bringing me back to my youth, I decided to go for a paddle.. until I was stung by a jellyfish but that did not stop me from enjoying our trip. For us, the food when eating out was nothing like the food we ate at are B&B.Lastly… Simon, (the owner) is so warm and welcoming. He is very attentive, nothing is to much trouble and Of course we would stay here again! Although I am not sure when, we want to see so much more of this beautiful world.I was Highly Recommend readers to Book your stay ASAP, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Simon, your a legend x

We had a lovely stay at Brigstock House. This began with a warm welcome on arrival. We found the room was sparkling clean plus very well-appointed and decorated. The shower was hot and powerful (perfect after a long day walking in Snowdonia) and there was shampoo and hand wash supplied. Had the full cooked breakfast which was excellent. All in all, a fantastic stay and we'll certainly be back.

My wife and I have stayed at Brigstock House several times over the last 9 or 10 years. The accommodation is always scrupulously clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are out of this world and nothing is too much trouble for mine host Simon and his staff who are happy to recommend local venues and the delights of Llandudno and the surrounding area to all guests. A family atmosphere with, off road parking in a quiet neighbourhood close to the town centre, who could ask for more!

A lovely stay at Brigstock House we had room 8 with bath/shower very clean and comfortable. Our stay was most welcoming from all the staff.Breakfast was plentiful with an assortment of cereals, fruit & jams & a cooked breakfast. Simon was very helpful, if anyone wanting to stay at Llandudno I would certainly recommend this place. There is room for 5 cars on the drive, but also off street parking.

A warm welcome was given to us at this beautiful house in such a great location. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous rooms, with lovely comfortable beds, with quality bedding and pillows, which is a must for a good night's sleep. A very spacious, bright and airy bathroom, with a lovely shower added to the comfort. The breakfasts were delicious, piping hot and all served together, with lots of choice, and vegetarian options too. We stayed with Simon and his staff for 4 nights.This is our 1st 'staycation' in a long time and our 1st visit to North Wales. There are so many places to stay it was hard to choose but Simon's previous reviews made him our only choice. From start to finish our stay was perfect. A lovely place to stay. Breakfast was perfect. Have just returned from spending 5 days in lovely Llandudno. Brigstock house is a smaller hotel, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean with a warm welcome from Simon. It is bed and breakfast, with a really comfy bed and a good selection for breakfast (full English every day for us, hot and delicious). Other guest staying there, have been many times before. We were recommended to stay at Brigstock and it will be our first choice when we return to Llandudno. Definitely a 5 star.

Read great reviews for it. Our room was clean and smart, but the bed was small. Excellent bathroom and large shower. Breakfast was delicious with large portions. My only criticism was it felt a bit regimented and therefore I didn’t feel relaxed. It was good but not amazing

Andrew, on receiving your review I was puzzled as why you found your stay with us regimented, I telephoned you to discuss this, I couldn't do anything about the bed size as you chose a room with a standard 4'6 Double bed, we also have King Size. The main areas seem to be the pre order of the breakfast and the check out time.We do ask if you could make a selection the night before, this is how we can offer a wide and varied menu with Traditional, vegetarian/ vegan and fish dishes, we don't mind at all if you mix and match. Doing it this way also cuts down on waste which people are very mindful of these days. Guests are very complimentary of our Breakfasts and this we are proud of.I always look to see how we can make the whole experience the best we can for our Guests and if that means a later Checkout we are here to oblige.I sincerely hope you would return to the Brigstock,Regards Simon.

We have stayed at Brigstock House now for 12 years plus & we have never been disappointed. Simon is the best host as he spends time making his guests feel very much at home & his staff are very pleasant too. Breakfast is spot on, plenty of choice for everyone. Every room has such attention to detail & it doesn't matter which one you choose they are all equally as nice. The location is very good as it's within easy walking distance to the town, pier & West Shore too. It's like our 2nd home, we love it.

We spent a lovely few days here.The hotel is in a central quiet location and just a few minutes walk from the main street and promenade.We stayed in Room 8, a spacious room with a huge bed and with its own separate lounge area.High quality towels, linens and toiletries. An excellent hospitality tray with a good choice of drinks.The hotel is spotless and very tastefully decorated.There was a great choice of breakfast. A selection of fresh fruit salad, grapefruit, red berries, fresh yoghurt, cereals etc, followed by a full English which was superb!Simon is the perfect host, and the lady who served the breakfast was lovely.Thank you for making us so welcome. We were made to be very comfortable the room was very clean and the food presented was excellent. The guest house was in a good location very close to the front within walking distance.

We recently returned from a 4 night break here. Brigstock house is immaculate, and located around 5 minutes walk from the town centre shops and restaurants. Simon is very friendly and knowledgeable and the free parking is a bonus as many of llandudno's streets had very few available spaces. Breakfast was lovely and our room (number 2) has a lounge area with mini fridge. The shower is a good size and the whole room is incredibly clean. We loved our stay and will return.

Bristock House is ideally located a short walk into the centre of Llanduno and beaches . High standards of cleanliness quiet comfortable and friendly . Simon always take extra efforts to meet our needs food is good and provides vegan option for my wife. We certainly will continue to rebook this lovely accommodation .

The hotel was conveniently positioned half way between North and West shores and 10 mins walk from shops, restaurants etc. It was immaculately clean and the owner, Simon, was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Brigstock House is a B&B that's definitely worth visiting. It's very comfortable and clean, the owner and staff are very courteous and it also has the benefit of a superb location - which is very quiet, but yet only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The front of the house can accommodate 5 (small) cars for parking, but you can park in front of the house if the driveway is full. As you would expect from a B&B of this quality, your room will be excellently cleaned every day. Breakfast food was well cooked and comes with a selection choice that should match the requirements of any guest. Highly recommended.

All the reviews say it all. We have just returned from six fabulous days stay at this brilliant 'guest accommodation.' The whole place is immaculate, a lot of time, expense, and love has gone into this Edwardian property, making one'sstay extremely comfortable. Our room was serviced each day. The breakfast which is ordered the previous evening is beautiful and hot (if you eat a hot breakfast!) Having spoken with Simon the owner, it is obvious he is passionate about his business and also his home. There are such nice touches as having a teapot, and extra seating in the room. I could go on and on but, needless to say Simon and his ladies work extremely hard to make sure your stay is both comfortable and extremely enjoyable. The property is situated off the front, which makes it quiet. Parking is on site or the unrestricted roads. I do not hesitate in recommending this fabulous accommodation.

A delightful place near to the busy town, but in a quiet back road. Simon was the perfect host. We had a lovely airy room, and a big bathroom, which was perfect for our three-day stay. There is also seating in the garden. Breakfast was served very efficiently and cooked perfectly - omelette, full Welsh and the fruit and yoghurts were all delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this spotlessly clean B&B to anyone thinking of coming to Llandudno.

Stayed at this exceptional hotel in June, it was our 1st break since covid turned everyone's world upside down. Simon is a really lovely host, he's very friendly, knowledgable of the area, where to eat and makes time to have a chat when you speak to him or need to ask any question. We stayed in room number 2, the room was lovely, spacious with a nice big shower room and most of all spotlessly clean, couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was 1st class with a good choice, great start to the day. We have stayed at many guest houses over the years but Brigstck House is up there with the best of them. The owner, Simon, obviously takes pride in the establishment which shows in the fact that everywhere is immaculately clean. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the seafront which can be a slight problem if walking back in the rain after an evening out. This is a very minor inconvenience as it's worth the walk just to be able to stay at this guesthouse.

First stay could find no fault great food clean as a new pin host could not have been more helpful. Will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends,

This a delightful B&B venue. Our room which was on the ground floor was perfect for our needs. The venue was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice as was the service. The location was ideal with the town centre being only 10 minutes walk away. The car park is quite small but parking on the street is absolutely no problem. If we ever visited Llandudno again we would definitely use Brigstock House and certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Wir haben 9 wundervolle Nächte im Brigstock House verbracht! Das Zimmer 8 im 2.OG war sehr geräumig, sodaß wir Platz für unser großes Gepäck hatten. Alles war tiptop sauber. Das Badezimmer war auch super, hatte aber eine Schräge, da das 2. Obergeschoß im Dachbereich liegt.Ein Highlight, um den Tag zu starten, war immer das geniale Frühstück, das Simon selbst zubereitet. Wir vermissen es jeden Tag, seit wir wieder zu Hause sind!Sehr gut ist auch für Elektroauto-Fahrer, dass es in Laufnähe eine Destillerie gibt mit 3 kostenlosen Ladesäulen für das Laden tagsüber. Man sollte als Revanche natürlich auch einen Whisky dort kaufen.Simon kann einem aber auch helfen, wenn man über Nacht laden muss. Er hat eine Außensteckdose, die man gegen Gebühr nutzen darf.Vom Brigstock House aus kann man viele schöne Orte besuchen, sei es per Auto oder auch eine Wanderung zum Great Orme oder an der Küste entlang nach Conwy, einem netten Städtchen mit toller Burg.Wir können das Brigstock House nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We had a lovely room with a lounge. Extremely clean and well decorated. The atte ntion to detail was excellent. The breakfast was very good, plentiful, hot and well served. Simon and his staff are very friendly. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Could not fault a thing! Accommodation first class was spotlessly clean and room attended to daily. Simon was a fabulous host made sure you had what you needed was fun and helpful to chat to. I booked two rooms for two nights one for myself and my husband and one for my brother, both rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in ages, the mattress was so comfy that I asked Simon for the make which he very kindly gave me at breakfast the following day. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and service also excellent. Parking was available on the car park but we also found plenty of space on the street outside. Wehighly recommend Brigstock House and would definitely return should we visit Llandudno in the future. Thank you to Simon and his staff for a very pleasant and restful short break.

First stay at Brigstock House and will definitely return. Simon is a fabulous host. Excellent location and only a short walk to the sea front. 5 onsite parking spots but plenty of street parking available. Room was immaculate. 2 course breakfast included, with plenty of choice and the food was outstanding. Dining room staff friendly and efficient. Simon recommended places to eat out. We ate at The Albert pub twice which is less than a 5 minute walk away and their food was excellent. Thank you Simon for a fantastic 3 night stay.

Brigstock House continues to be an excellent luxury establishment. Every breakfast was cooked to perfection; hot, well laid out and very tasty. The room was very comfortable, clean, well laid out and with a good drink making facilities. Hi Steve, I was shocked that you stayed for few nights with us and didn't mention this. The bed is under guarantee so I have been in contact with the retailer who has done a site visit and in there opinion the pocket sprung mattress is contouring as it should. I will however monitor this with guests as guest comfort is paramount to us.Kind regards Simon

What a great stay we had at Brigstock. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and lovely toiletries provided in the bathroom. We stayed in room 2 which had a small and perfectly formed separate lounge area with a small and useful fridge. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked obviously using the finest ingredients and lasted us all day. Great place and we'll definitely be returning.

Room 8. Room was excellent. Very clean, everything worked. Bathroom excellent with easy to use shower, (unlike some places). Bed was firm, just how we like it. Breakfast was excellent with quick but unobtrusive service and excellent food. Entry and exit from the house was straightforward and secure. The off road car parking was a bit tight but not a problem. Good info on Llandudno inroom. Would recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights and Simon and the girls were brilliant.Our room was very clean and tidy and breakfast was delicious.In a great location only 10-15 minutes walk to either beach and close to pubs, restaurants and shops.Added bonus of off-street parking but the street was not busy at all so no problems parking on the street outside Brigstock House either.Would thoroughly recommend for a totally relaxing stay.

We returned to Brigstock House after three years, our first time away from home following the covid restrictions. We were welcomed by Simon who explained changes to arrangements since our last visit in order to ensure social distancing and keeping guests as well as staff safe. What hadn't changed was Simon's happy, friendly and positive manner as he showed us to our room. The room was well equiped, really comfortable bed and immaculately clean ensuite shower room. Simon's breakfasts are the best we have had anywhere we have stayed, beautifully cooked and enough to keep you satisfied all day. The room was serviced daily and nothing seems to be too much trouble to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Clearly my wife and I did enjoy our stay and won't hesitate to book again.

Although there was no parking available for us in the drive way (just because we were always back late) immediately outside the house there’s plenty. The teapot collection on display is amazing!

Super clean, immaculate accommodation. Really comfortable bed. Quiet area 5mins walk to promenade. Breakfast of excellent quality and the waitresses are lovely and very efficient. Simon was the perfect host and obviously has high standards which shows throughout. Parking can be a bit tight but Simon also excels as director of vehicle movements.Thoroughly recommended; for the money 10 out of 10

We have just returned from Brigstock House (reluctantly) and I can honestly say, everything was perfect! I am very fussy about where I stay but this place just oozes quality, from the beds/bedding, curtains and furniture to the piping hot breakfasts, served by lovely Amy. The bedrooms are good sizes and the shower in our room (4) was gorgeous. Really easy to set to the temperature you require and with a fine but powerful spray. My mother in law had single occupancy in room 5 and was thrilled with the room. Again, quality throughout but with the benefit of a separate lounge area, where we sometimes gathered in the evenings. Even though she is 87, she found a slow stroll down to the front easily accomplishable. Simon is on hand to happily help with anything and all I can say is, he must be very proud of his beautiful guest house. We wouldn't dream of staying elsewhere next time we are in Llandudno. Gorgeous!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great, tasty breakfast with good choice. Smart and pleasing rooms. Would book again and recommend to family and friends.

From the moment you ring the front door to the moment you leave you are treated as a valued customer. Simon (and staff) cannot be helpful enough, great host!Lovely spacious room (room 3), great size bathroom. Lovely hot breakfast. Covid rules followed (still covid rules at the time in Wales) ....basically what's not to like?!?!Added bonus the the other guests were friendly up up for a chat creating a nice atmosphere.

A welcoming greeting from Simon, always took time to chat during our stay, our second floor suite had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely large comfy bed. Breakfast was individually catered for and delicious. The location was ideal.

We stayed in king size room 2, well furnished with comfy sofa, 2 x tv,super shower and ensuite. Really good choices for breakfast and served very promptly. Host Simon always willing to help and advise, what's not to like !!

Great 2-night stay at the Brigstock. There was the usual warm welcome (this was our 4th visit) and the place was spotless - Simon is a clean freak! There are ample measures in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and we both felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Thank you for our relaxed stay in your extremely comfortable well proportioned second floor room. Your necessary goodCOVID-19 plan gave the right level of assurance we needed. We had good sleep in a comfortable bed as Brigstock House is located in a very quiet road a short walk from the high street and beach. Plenty of place to visit, relax and walk locally and close by. Recommended restaurants were worth visiting though busy so it is best to plan ahead and book a table.Highlight for us were the beautifully cooked excellent breakfasts.

The best guesthouse we have ever stayed in. Simon greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome. The house is immaculate.Couldn't fault anything.Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The two ladies who helped him were also very friendly. Only five minutes from the seafront. Perfectly situated between the two bays. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back.Thank you Simon for a very enjoyable stay.

As always,Simon makes our stay at the Brigstock lovely. The cleanliness, the excellent Breakfast, the rooms so well appointed and the Covid awareness is well attended to for everyones safety and peace of mind. Added to all that is the lovely garden for all guests to enjoy. A delightful place to stay and feels like a second home to us.

We can fully recommend Brigstock House. We felt very satisfied that all covid procedures were being followed. We had a lovely ground floor room with a comfortable sitting area. Breakfasts were served in two sittings which enabled social distancing to be observed. There was a good choice of food, including excellent fresh fruit salad with yoghurt as well as the usual cooked breakfasts. Simon is a welcoming, friendly host.

This was our third visit to Brigstock House. Situated in a quiet residential part of Llandudno, we have always enjoyed the very clean and comfortable accommodation there. There is a good choice for breakfast too, which was taken at a staggered time due to covid restrictions. Hand sanitiser is available in the public areas and we always felt hygenically safe. Cosy blankets and cushions were a welcome touch as we had drinks on the patio one evening. Thank you Simon for your hospitality. We hope to return very soon.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel very welcome by the host Simon.This is the best b&b we have ever stayed in Everything was spotless and spot on Covid friendly.Our room was extremely comfortable with plenty of coffee and tea .The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with a huge walk-in shower was amazing. Sn excellent breakfast was included snd was plentiful and Simon used fresh locslly produced ingredients which was served by very friendly and pleasant staff.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place. We stayed for the weekend and is walking distance from everywhere in Llandudno. We also jumped on a bus to Conwy and spent the day there which was fantastic. Will be looking to book again.

Hidden gem of Llandudno. We were given a nice welcome and brief (all things covid). We have stayed at Brigstock House quite a few times now and it is just perfect . Simon is lovely and is always there to help. Our room was ready early, it had had a refurb and was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, piping hot perfect poached eggs. Our stay at Brigstock House was excellent. The welcome was genuine and an explanation of anti covid isuues was clearly given.The hotel was spotlessly clean and anti covid restictions were adhered to. Breakfasts were varied, very well cooked and presented. The room was very comfortable and the suite a very pleasant addition to a standard B and B.Being away fromthe promenade, parking was very straightforward. The roads cleared after 6.00pm making parking for local restaurants easy.A most enjoyable short break.Our thanks to Simon for his efforts to make us welcome.
